I'm Naja Scriven — most people know me as Naja The Locator. I'm a North Carolina real estate broker affiliated with Rivo Locators, helping renters across Charlotte and surrounding areas make sense of an apartment search that can get overwhelming fast.

I've spent years sharing apartments online, talking with renters about what they're actually looking for, and seeing how quickly a search can become scattered between saved videos, screenshots, property links, texts and tours.

That's eventually what led me to create Apartment Intelligence™. I wanted the technology behind my business to work more like the way I actually help people: start with the renter, remember what matters, keep the search organized and make it easier to move forward.
